Q: What must I do to prepare for my home organizing session?

A: We recommend that you have a good night's rest the night before your scheduled session. During the day of our session, it is best to be uninterrupted by pets or visitors. We will work alongside you and want you to get your money's worth by being as productive as possible.

Q: Do you purchase organizing products? What do I need to know?

A: Yes, we offer shopping services at a rate $10 less than our onsite hourly rate. Our process includes two steps: first, we will help you declutter and organize your space. Then, once we understand your needs, we will purchase the items you require. Finally, we will return to your space and tidy it up to make it more beautiful. Please note that we encourage and help you to use what you already have unless you feel otherwise.

Q: Why do you have a minimum hourly personal home organizer package?

A: We have found that decluttering and organizing takes at least 3 hours.

Q: If I send you pictures, can you quote me how long it takes for your home organizing services?

A: We work collaboratively with you. Your involvement, engagement, and the number of items you have determine the pace of our project.

Q: Can you help me with my donation piles?

A: Absolutely! We would be happy to transport a complimentary donation load to a donation center, where we will furnish you with a receipt and photographs.

Q: Is there an additional fee for accessing your relaxation tools, as I struggle with anxiety related to decluttering?

A: There are no additional charges, as this is considered part of your consultation. Please inform us if you wish to participate upon confirming your booking for our session.
